Utasav

This year we have celebrated Utsav on 08.10.2021. Now infection rate of corona is a bit lower than earlier but keeping the pandemic in mind we have organized Utsav in two parts like last year. Firstly at our project building Commercial sex workers were invited, condoms, soaps, masks were distributed amongst them and then we distributed garments to the Konika children which were given by ITC Ladies Social and Welfare Society.
It is known to you that from last few years ITC Ladies Social and Welfare Society provided garments for our Konika children. This year they also gave packets of biscuits and cake with the garments.
This year Rotary Club of Calcutta South Central has also joined with us in this programme. They have distributed school bag along with different kinds of study materials.
GS and other SBDCH members along with our guests were present in the said programme. GS discussed about the imporatance of maintaining hygiene and wearing mask during this festive session.
At last food packets were distributed to all the participants.
